Thorneyfield is a charming Victorian period property set in the heart of Ambleside and the beautiful English Lake District and close to all of its many facilities. The house is ideally placed for fell walking, climbing, water sports, touring and other less arduous activities such as spending time in the many local shops, restaurants, cafes and pub's as well as the two local cinemas! Thorneyfield sets a very high standard for its rooms and breakfasts and the quality of its customer service. We also offer our guests free parking spaces for their convenience.
